MeriSehat consultation
Terms of service
Service scope
MeriSehat helps users access online doctor consultations for common, non-emergency health concerns. It is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that a consultation is suitable for every concern.
Clinical independence
Medical advice, diagnosis and treatment decisions are made independently by the registered medical practitioner. Consultation outcomes depend on the doctor’s independent clinical assessment. A doctor may recommend self-care, tests, an in-person assessment, specialist care, or urgent care.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current information and follow urgent-care advice. The service is not a substitute for emergency care. A parent or legal guardian must use the service for a minor where required.
Fees, refunds and technology
Any consultation fee is disclosed before the consultation begins. Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy. Internet, device, communications-platform, and availability limitations may affect access to the service.
