Questions you may have

Do I have to say my problem out loud?

You can start by typing your problem on WhatsApp from a private place. Use the words you’re comfortable with. If the doctor needs to speak with you or recommends a clinic visit, we’ll guide you through the next step.

Is white discharge always a problem?

Clear or white discharge can be normal. Talk to a doctor if it looks or smells different, there’s more than usual, or you also have itching or soreness. If you also have lower belly pain or unusual bleeding, get medical help promptly.

Can I ask about late or irregular periods?

Yes. Tell the doctor how your periods have changed and if you have pain. They’ll explain whether you need tests or a clinic visit. If you have missed a period and also have unusual bleeding and belly pain, get urgent medical help.

Will I need to visit a clinic?

You can start from home. Some problems need a physical check-up or tests. The doctor will tell you if you need to visit a clinic.

Who can see what I share?

Your doctor and the team and service providers helping with your consultation may need your information. Our privacy policy explains how it is used and shared.
